We had a new mains fed hot water system installed replacing a tank in loft. Oliver came to inspect the old system, do some tests, and recommend some options. The fitting was very smooth and the results are excellent. We have a larger hot water tank that never runs out, mains pressure showers without noisy pumps, and a system that just works. The service from Drake was excellent and can thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant communication from start to finish over sorting a full strip-down service of our boiler. Our engineer Mustafa was great - helped explain what he was doing throughout the service and was super-polite and professional. Will definitely use again.

Oliver and Mustafa came to service and subsequently replace a boiler (Oliver had diligently kept it going for several years beyond what we expected the lifespan to be!). He was candid and open with his advice for a replacement and gave a fair itemised quote. The replacement was fast and communication with Oliver and his team was excellent throughout. We had some snagging issues with new thermostats, which Oliver was quick to come and sort for us. Would highly recommend!

Oliver has fitted a system to give us decent pressure to all the outlets in our home so when 2 or 3 of us are under showers at the same time we all get hotel like performance from every shower.

Our boiler and underfloor heating decided to pack up during the coldest snap of the year. Sarah did her best to organise someone quickly for us and Mustafa was able to get to us within a day and had everything fixed quickly and efficiently. They were both very upfront with cost and made sure to check with me before going ahead. Fabulous company which we will definitely use again.

Great installation of the Heatmiser heating controls. Oliver was very patient on the product hand over and training for the new online heating controls. We look forward to controlling our heating and hot water via our phones and tablets.
