Why Screeding Matters
A correctly installed screed helps protect underfloor heating systems and improves thermal performance. Liquid flow screeds in particular offer excellent heat conductivity and a smooth, even surface for all types of floor coverings.
City Flow Screed use pumped systems to deliver screed cleanly and efficiently. The material is self-levelling, sets quickly, and is suitable for both domestic and commercial settings.
Types of Screed Available
Depending on your project, City Flow Screed can supply and install a range of screed types:
Self-levelling, rapid-drying, and latex screeds – Suitable for renovations, uneven floors, or where quick drying is important.
Cemfloor – A cement-based liquid screed ideal for underfloor heating and fast turnaround times.
Gypsol – An anhydrite-based screed offering a smooth finish and efficient heat transfer.
