Our boiler servicing are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers to ensure safety and efficiency and include checks based on manufacturer guidelines.

Our boiler servicing includes checks based on manufacturer guidelines, especially for most Worcester boilers. These checks help determine whether the boiler’s heat exchanger needs cleaning. We always clean the system filter and check that your heating controls are operating properly. Radiator checks are also carried out if requested.

We offer a free service on unvented hot water cylinders when we carry out a boiler service (excluding Megaflo cylinders).

Typical Service Checklist:

Ensure a CO/CO2 analyser is available (a service must not be attempted without one)

Check terminal and terminal guard are clear

Ensure service space is accessible and clear

Inspect all system joints for leaks and repressurise if needed

Operate boiler and note any irregularities

Remove boiler casing to access components

Adjust boiler control to service position

Measure fan pressure at maximum output to assess heat exchanger condition

Clean heat exchanger if required

Reset boiler to normal operation

Flue gas analysis & combustion check

Inspection and cleaning of burner, ignition electrodes, heat exchanger

Condensate trap inspection and clean

Seals and joints checked and replaced if worn

System pressure check and top-up
